Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped by Pollygate LLC DBA Pollygate Pet Co from our warehouse in North Carolina.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1 PM ET Monday–Friday are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49 → 3–7 business days

Standard Shipping (under $49) → $6.95 flat rate → 3–7 business days

Expedited options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout.

Tracking

You’ll receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package shows as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For significant delays, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
